Basketball Recap: Edward Little Find Success

There's no place like home for Edward Little, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They pulled ahead with a 48-47 photo finish over the Westbrook Blue Blazes on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Eddies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Edward Little now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Westbrook, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edward Little will head out to challenge Mt. Ararat at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Edward Little is facing Mt. Ararat at the right time seeing as Mt. Ararat is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Westbrook has already played their next matchup (against Brunswick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
