Softball Recap: Renaissance Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Renaissance entered their tilt with Dearborn on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 13-7 margin over the Pioneers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Phoenix also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Renaissance pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Dearborn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Renaissance has already played their next game (against King), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Dearborn, they will head out to square off against Fordson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
