Baseball Recap: Plainview Takes a Loss

Plainview was the 8-1 winner over El Dorado when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Plainview Bulldogs lost 10-2 to the El Dorado Aztecs on Saturday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plainview's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for El Dorado, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-7 record.

Looking ahead, Plainview will venture away from home to face off against Permian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for El Dorado, they will welcome Grapevine at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Grapevine will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something El Dorado surely won't give up without a fight.
