Basketball Preview: Hamilton/Audubon vs. Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks
Hamilton/Audubon will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Last Saturday, Hamilton/Audubon was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 56-51 to the Lynx.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee School of Languages pushed their score all the way to 60 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a hard 77-60 fall against Milwaukee Vincent. Milwaukee School of Languages has not had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Hamilton/Audubon has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-4 record this season. As for Milwaukee School of Languages, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9.
Hamilton/Audubon didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Hawks when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 56-52 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hamilton/Audubon since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
