Football Recap: Buena Vista's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westbrook, Buena Vista was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Da Vinci Dragons as they made off with a 52-32 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Longhorns as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Buena Vista's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Da Vinci, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Buena Vista has already played their next contest, a 71-66 win against Grady on the 10th. As for Da Vinci, after each having a week off, they and Magdalena will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th.
