Golden and Bear Creek are an even 3-3 against one another since March of 2021, but not for long. The Demons are taking a road trip to challenge the Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Golden is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Golden came up short against Dakota Ridge and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 22-25, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Bear Creek sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Rangeview on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

Golden's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Bear Creek, their win bumped their record up to 4-11.

Golden was able to grind out a solid victory over Bear Creek in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Demons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
