Manual started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 0-25, 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Manual's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Alameda, their record now sits at 2-0.

Manual has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Jefferson on the 2nd. After both having extra time off, Alameda and Wheat Ridge will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
