Oklahoma City Broncos HomeSchool extended their winning streak to three on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 11-11-2 in the process. They skirted past the Lighthouse Christian Chargers 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Broncos have posted since March 6th.

As for Lighthouse Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since March 26th.

For Lighthouse Christian's part, Kyle Etem put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Furthermore, Etem didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

In other batting news, Braden Wright made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI. Kaden Tuhey was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.

Oklahoma City Broncos HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lighthouse Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Lebanon at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
