Softball Recap: North Eugene Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for North Eugene's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-0 to the Eagle Point Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

North Eugene's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Eagle Point, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season.

While North Eugene had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
