With a playoff win on the line, Choctaw County rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They never let the Humphreys County Cowboys get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory. The Chargers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The win was the third in a row for Choctaw County, bringing their record up to 10-16. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Humphreys County, they moved to 7-5 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
