Soccer Recap: Eastside Victorious

It's playoff time, and Eastside had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Hillcrest Rams by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. This was payback for Eastside, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

They hit Hillcrest with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Christos Fotinos, Titus Aim, and Asher Wilson.

The win made it two in a row for Eastside and bumps their season record up to 14-5. As for Hillcrest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Eastside will be playing in front of their home fans against Riverside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hillcrest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
