Volleyball Recap: Glendale Prep Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Glendale Prep Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Griffins of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-11.

Lucy Dickerson was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven digs and one assist. Tiana Fortuin also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Glendale Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 23 of their last 26 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-6 record this season.

Glendale Prep Academy will be playing at home against North Valley Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Camp Verde on the 28th.
