Volleyball Recap: Edna Karr Takes a Loss

Edna Karr was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2017.

Edna Karr now has a losing record of 6-7. As for St. Martin's Episcopal, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Edna Karr didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lakeshore on the 20th. As for St. Martin's Episcopal, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Benton on the 20th.
