Basketball Recap: Manheim Central Comes Up Short

Manheim Central lost against Octorara Area back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The game between the Barons and the Braves didn't end well, with the Barons falling 57-43. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Manheim Central now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Octorara Area, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Manheim Central will be home for the holidays to greet Lancaster Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Barons will need to watch out since the Crusaders have now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. Octorara Area has already played their next contest (against Henderson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
