Soccer Recap: Bonham Comes Up Short

Bonham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Gainesville Leopards, falling 9-0. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Leopards from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Bonham's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Gainesville, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3-1.

Looking ahead, Bonham will welcome Pilot Point at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Gainesville, they will head out to face off against Farmersville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Gainesville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.
