Evergreen and Lindbergh are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2022, but likely not for long. The Wolverines will venture away from home to square off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Evergreen will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Evergreen barely beat Renton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wolverines blew past the Redhawks 12-1 on Friday. That looming 12-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolverines yet this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lindbergh, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They won by a run and slipped past Mercer Island 1-0.

Lindbergh's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Evergreen, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything went Evergreen's way against Lindbergh in their previous matchup last Wednesday, as Evergreen made off with a 15-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
