Soccer Recap: McNeil Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, McNeil has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They came up short against the Vista Ridge Rangers on Friday, falling 4-1. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Mavericks couldn't quite close it out.

McNeil's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Vista Ridge, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Coincidentally, McNeil and Vista Ridge will both be playing Cedar Ridge the next time they take the pitch. Vista Ridge will host Cedar Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while McNeil will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on March 7th.
