Soccer Recap: Wilson Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Wilson was not quite West Covina's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell just short of the West Covina Bulldogs by a score of 1-0. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

Wilson's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-12. As for West Covina, their record now sits at 8-11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wilson will head out to take on Northview at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Covina, they will venture away from home to square off against Rowland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
