Flag Football Recap: Colquitt County Takes a Loss

After soaring to 51 points the game before, Colquitt County was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. The game between the Packers and the Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets didn't end well, with the Packers falling 20-6. If the Packers were looking for revenge after losing 7-6 to the Yellow Jackets when the teams met back in November of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Colquitt County dropped their record down to 2-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Thomas County Central, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Colquitt County and Thomas County Central will both be playing Thomasville the next time they take the field. The Packers will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Yellow Jackets will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
