Softball Recap: Cherokee Takes a Loss

Cherokee fell victim to Waterloo and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Waterloo Cougars. The Indians just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Cherokee's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Waterloo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Cherokee will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Covenant Christian at 4:30 p.m. As for Waterloo, they are taking a road trip to square off against Collinwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
