Basketball Recap: Keefe Tech Takes a Loss

Keefe Tech lost against Advanced Math & Science Academy back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Keefe Tech Broncos took a 51-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles.

When it comes to explaining why Keefe Tech lost, don't look at Cory Scott. Despite the final result, he posted 16 points. That's the most points Scott has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Justice Cesar, who put up eight points.

Keefe Tech now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keefe Tech will take on Maynard at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Keefe Tech is facing Maynard at the right time seeing as Maynard is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, they will square off against Assabet Valley RVT at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Assabet Valley RVT will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Advanced Math & Science Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
