Basketball Recap: Trigg County Takes a Loss

Trigg County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 77-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Christian Fellowship Eagles. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Trigg County's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Christian Fellowship, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-13 record this season.

Trigg County has already played their next matchup (against Union County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Christian Fellowship will welcome Murray at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
