After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Miami East, Milton-Union was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Preble Shawnee Arrows as they made off with a 3-0 win. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Marley Reed paced Milton-Union's offense, picking up ten kills. Reed got some help from Michaela Firks and her 13 assists. Brooklyn Berkshire controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Milton-Union moved to 7-9 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Preble Shawnee, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Milton-Union will face off against Covington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Preble Shawnee, they will head out to face off against Ansonia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
