Volleyball Recap: Travis Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Travis kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Texas School for the Deaf Rangers. The Rebels have struggled against the Rangers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Travis was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Texas School for the Deaf work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-19, 25-16.

Looking ahead, Travis will square off against San Marcos at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Texas School for the Deaf, they will be taking part in a tournament against McCallum at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
