Softball Recap: Montgomery Academy Comes Up Short

Montgomery Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats, falling 17-2. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Montgomery Academy's record now sits at 0-9. As for Trinity Presbyterian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Montgomery Academy will head out to face off against Pike Road at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Trinity Presbyterian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pike Liberal Arts at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
