Volleyball Recap: Argenta-Oreana Takes a Loss

Argenta-Oreana was the 2-0 winner over Sullivan when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bombers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redskins on Tuesday. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15.

Mya Hill paced Argenta-Oreana's offense, picking up five kills. Hill got some help from Allison Havener and her seven assists.

Argenta-Oreana's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Sullivan, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Coming up, Argenta-Oreana will face off against Cerro Gordo/DeLand-Weldon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sullivan, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Cerro Gordo/Bement on the 2nd.
