Basketball Game Preview: Idea Pflugerville Wizards vs. Founders Classical Academy Archers

Idea Pflugerville hasn't had much luck against Founders Classical Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Idea Pflugerville Wizards will head out to challenge the Founders Classical Academy Archers at 6:45 p.m. Idea Pflugerville will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Idea Pflugerville is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat IDEA Round Rock Tech 53-10. The Wizards have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Idea Pflugerville found their leader in sophomore Ja'Lynn Saucedo, who posted 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelsey Freeman, who put up ten points.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Founders Classical Academy over KIPP Austin Collegiate in every quarter on their way to victory last Friday. Founders Classical Academy was the clear victor by a 50-26 margin over KIPP Austin Collegiate.

Idea Pflugerville pushed their record up to 11-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.3 points per game. As for Founders Classical Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.
