Soccer Game Preview: Yreka vs. Lassen

The Yreka Miners will square off against the Lassen Grizzlies at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Yreka's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Yreka's offense. They came up short against Anderson on Tuesday, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Yreka have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, Lassen also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 6-0 to University Prep on Tuesday.

Yreka's loss dropped their record down to 1-8-3. As for Lassen, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1.
