Volleyball Recap: Seymour Wildcats vs. Ansonia Chargers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Naugatuck, Seymour was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Ansonia Chargers by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.
Seymour was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-11, 20-25, 29-27.
Bailey Sadick paced Seymour's offense, picking up 20 kills. Sadick got some help from Isabelle Lester and her 24 assists. Kyra Pernaselci controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.
