After flying high against Mineral Ridge on Tuesday, Jackson-Milton came back down to earth. The Bluejays fell just short of the LaBrae Vikings by a score of 9-7 on Wednesday. The Bluejays' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Jackson-Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for LaBrae, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Coming up, Jackson-Milton will be playing in front of their home fans against Waterloo at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bluejays are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for LaBrae, they will venture away from home to face off against Crestview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
