Baird skates past Moran with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, the Baird Bears gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They breezed by Moran at home to the tune of 39-8. The win was a breath of fresh air for Baird as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Baird's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Moran, their defeat was their 16th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-21.
Baird's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Eula at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Eula knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past four contests -- so hopefully Baird likes a good challenge. As for Moran, they will head out on the road to take on Cross Plains at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
