Franklin's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They put the hurt on the Tuscola Mountaineers with a sharp 28-7 win. The Panthers have beaten the Mountaineers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Mountaineers has come to flipping the script.

Anderson Terrell threw for 120 yards and one TD while completing 85.7% of his passes. Lance Parker was his top target, picking up 79 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Garrett Young rushed for 183 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Tuscola, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
