Basketball Recap: Bloomburg Takes a Loss

Bloomburg lost against Sulphur Bluff back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bloomburg Wildcats fell 47-35 to the Sulphur Bluff Bears. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bloomburg's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Sulphur Bluff, they pushed their record up to 10-13 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Bloomburg will face off against Union Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bloomburg is facing Union Hill at the right time seeing as Union Hill is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sulphur Bluff, they will square off against Saltillo at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Saltillo will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Sulphur Bluff surely won't give up without a fight.
