Football Recap: North Hunterdon Starts Season with Loss at Home

North Hunterdon unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 36-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hunterdon Central Red Devils on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost three in a row.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Hunterdon will head out to challenge Colonia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hunterdon Central, they will take on Monroe Township at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
