Wolcott College Prep lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Eliana Henschel, who scored five points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That's the first time this season that Henschel pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Wolcott College Prep has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Lycee Francais de Chicago, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Beacon Academy the next time they take the court. Lycee Francais de Chicago will head out to face Beacon Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Wolcott College Prep will host them at 5:30 p.m. on January 10, 2024.
