Soccer Recap: East Ridge Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Celebration, East Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Four Corners Coyotes onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Knights needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.

Their offense was hitting Four Corners from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Aaron Loden led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

East Ridge now has a winning record of 7-6-3. As for Four Corners, they dropped their record down to 4-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

East Ridge has already played their next contest, an 8-0 win against Pinecrest Lakes Prep on the 13th. As for Four Corners, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-1 loss against Gateway on the 13th.
