Baseball Game Preview: Rogers Eagles vs. Scurry-Rosser Wildcats

Rogers is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. Everything went their way against Teague as they made off with a 9-1 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, while Scurry-Rosser put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for McGregor. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bulldogs, sneaking past 2-0. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly two runs.

Scurry-Rosser has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Rogers, their victory bumped their record up to 18-9-1.
