Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Jon Solowitz stepped things up a notch to give Northwestern the 'W'. Solowitz was dynamite, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of Northwestern's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 2-1 (and 5-7 when he doesn't).
