Basketball Recap: Laurel Comes Up Short

Laurel won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They took a blow against the Seaford Bluejays, falling 54-13. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Laurel's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Seaford, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.

Laurel has already played their next contest (against Sussex Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Seaford will welcome Early College at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
