Basketball Recap: Bedford County CIA Takes a Loss

Bedford County CIA was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were dealt a 46-18 loss at the hands of the Mercersburg Academy Storm. While losing is never fun, the Agents can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 692nd, while the Storm are ranked 36th).

Bedford County CIA's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-13. As for Mercersburg Academy, their win bumped their record up to 11-12.

Coming up, Bedford County CIA will head out on the road to square off against Blair County Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mercersburg Academy, they will face off against Shipley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
