Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oceanside Collegiate Academy). Their defense stepped up to hand the North Charleston Cougars an 11-0 shutout on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Landsharks sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Their offense was hitting North Charleston from everywhere, as ten different players booted in a goal. Hayden Wamboldt led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Oceanside Collegiate Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-2. As for North Charleston, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Oceanside Collegiate Academy will welcome Battery Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Charleston, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will square off against Orangeburg-Wilkinson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
