Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tremont). They came out on top against the Fieldcrest Knights by a score of 84-71 on Thursday. Given the Turks' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Knights are ranked 282nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tremont has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points over those games. As for Fieldcrest, their loss dropped their record down to 15-14.

As of now, neither Tremont nor Fieldcrest have any future games scheduled.
