Lincoln North Star extended their winning streak to six on Saturday, bumping them up to 20-2. They came out on top against the Lincoln Southeast Knights by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Navigators, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Their offense was headlined by Delainey Volkmer and Lauren McKernan, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Alex Kroll and her 20 assists. Kendyll Jackson controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

As for Lincoln Southeast, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-10. The slump could be explained by some tough opposition over that stretch, namely Lincoln North Star, Waverly, and Waverly.

Despite the loss, Lincoln Southeast saw an underclassman step up: freshman Circe Tallman had 16 digs and three assists.

Lincoln North Star has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Waverly on the 4th. As for Lincoln Southeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Pius X on the 4th.
