Basketball Recap: Madison Takes a Loss

Madison was the 43-21 winner over Waverly when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Madison Bulldogs fell just short of the Waverly Bulldogs by a score of 32-30 on Saturday. Madison has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Waverly, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7.

Madison will look to defend their home court on Friday against Crest. Waverly has already played their next game (against West Franklin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
