Baseball Recap: Ashland Grizzlies vs. Churchill Lancers
Ashland lost against Churchill on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Lancers by a score of 5-4. That's two games in a row now that the Grizzlies have lost by just one run.

Freeman Rountree spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
