Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Gallia Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chloe Bennett, who had ten digs and six aces. That's the most aces Bennett has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelyn Dillon, who had ten digs and three aces.
She wasn't the only good server: Gallia Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 26 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 17 consecutive games dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, South Point made easy work of Rock Hill on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pointers.
