Baseball Recap: Alchesay Comes Up Short

Alchesay lost against Show Low last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons lost 15-2 to the Cougars. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alchesay saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyrin Ivins, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Alchesay's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Show Low, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 15-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Alchesay is set to challenge their familiar foe Snowflake at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Show Low will face off against rival Holbrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
