Draughn is a perfect 7-0 against Mitchell since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Mountaineers at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Draughn and ten for Mitchell.

Draughn fell victim to Madison and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 5-0 to the Patriots.

Meanwhile, Mitchell also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Owen on Wednesday, falling 9-0. That's two games in a row now that Mitchell have lost by exactly nine goals.

Mitchell's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Draughn, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1.

Everything went Draughn's way against Mitchell in their previous meeting back in March, as Draughn made off with a 9-0 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Mountaineers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
