Basketball Recap: United Christian Academy Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

On Thursday, the United Christian Academy Eagles came up short against the Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs and fell 70-59. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

United Christian Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2. As for Maranatha Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

United Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Eagle Ridge Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. As for Maranatha Christian Academy, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Tartan at 11:00 a.m. on December 27th.
