Aberdeen put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Ephrata Tigers by a score of 4-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 on Saturday.

Gabe Matthews looked comfortable as he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Mylan Bruner, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was Luke Matin, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

Aberdeen's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Ephrata, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Aberdeen and Ephrata will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Aberdeen is set to square off against their familiar foe Black Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ephrata will take on rival Selah at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
